Airships? I don't think any race gets these.

    They’re a Draconian unit. Certainly strange, because they can’t carry anyone else. But they’re pretty good units — though quite frankly, when I’m playing Draconians, I don’t bother with them. Doom Drakes are just as good, and a lot cheaper.

    Air ships would make really good scouts, except that it takes so many buildings before you can build them that by that point you’ve probably already got the map scouted. Unless, of course, you hire them as mercenaries.
