Discovered that my registration link was missing… because I turned it off to avoid spammers. Sigh. Ok, it’s back on. Hit the login link, and a “register” link will appear at the bottom of the password blank.

Heh. Turns out I already had an account, just forgot the password on it, and it took several hours for the activation email to get to me (maybe greylisting taking effect on my mail server, I guess?).
Finally sorted that out this afternoon, so I’ll be back on my normal commenting schedule (which, recently, has been pretty non-existent. So, not much change there… 🙂 )
And did it successfully prevent spam? If so, look on the bright side! If not… oops.
I’m doing a lot better here than Houblog. I get about a dozen a day here. Houblog… more like 30. I could probably improve that by killing a few hundred registrations, but I don’t know which ones, since the posters names and registrants don’t seem to match..
