Well, Crunchyroll started airing it a week or two after the premiere last time.
In any event CR just put a little widget in their sidebar that they will have a new series to announce this week.
I greatly prefer watching RWBY on Crunchyroll as Rooster Teeths servers don’t seem to handle the load well.
